Standard 4 : Impartiality in administrative decision making and contracting
If there is a possible private interest of the person acting on behalf of the administration, regarding decision making and contracting, rules on exclusion and contracting limitations have to be set and applied.
Summary
The provisions on contracting and means to ensure impartiality in decision making process are similar in all countries (and mostly in line with standards), with the exception of the entity of Republic of Srpska that somewhat falls behind.
