Existence of a possibility for the affected party to challenge the possibly partial decision by the person acting on behalf of the administration is the prerequisite for effective combating and prevention of CoI.

Summary

This "right to appeal" is regulated in the similar manner in all the analyzed countries (reaching the highest scores), apart from the entity of the Republic of Srpska, where the relevant norms are not to be found and is hence considered not to be in line with the standards.
