In order to encourage whistelblowing, national legislation should includes incentives (i.e. reward systems, recover lost or misspent money).
Summary
The law of Albania and Bosnia and Herzegovina doesn’t prescribe incentives to encourage reporting. Such solution is not in line with international standards. Legislation of other countries is completely in line regarding this issue.
