Standard 3 : Clear procedures and channels for reporting wrongdoings
Legislation must contain provisions that will clearly prescribe the manner, deadlines and protection of whisltleblowers during internal, external and public whistleblowing.
Summary
The regulation of all conutries requires additional harmonization with international standards, especially provisions regarding the system of effective sanctions for persons who prevent the whistle-blower from filling a report or who take revenge on the whistle-blower or persons close to him.
