Indicator 4. According to international standards, the law must provide for the possibility of accepting anonymous reports (anonymity).

In order to encourage and protect whistleblowers, national legislation must provides the possibility of accepting anonymous report.

Summary

Legislations of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro and North Macedonia provide the possibility of accepting anonymous reports in accordance with international standards. Bosnia and Herzegovina regulation doesn’t prescribe such a solution.
