The subject of whistleblowing should be information that is disclosed in order to eliminate damage or detrimental consequences for the public interest.

Summary

The regulations of all the countries that were the subject of the analysis define what information may be subject to whistleblowing. However, the regulations of Kosovo and Macedonia are largely in line with international standards.
