Summary

All analysed countries have almost identical legal solutions when it comes to this indicator and, except for the legislation of North Macedonia, are fully in line with the relevant international standard. The legislation of North Macedonia inludes an overly formalistic requirement: the requester must explicitly state that it is a request for access to information
