Summary

The regulatory frameworks of Kosovo and North Macedonia are mostly in line with standards. Due to the extensive constitutional and legislative norms on limitations to RTI, the regulatory framework of Montenegro is as mostly not in line with the standard. On the other hand, the legislative framework of Albania and BiH is fully in line with the international standard.
