Clear provisions and regulations are conditio sine qua non for the effective avoiding and resolving of CoI. These rules must include clear provisions on the authority responible and in charge for CoI procedure


The only notable difference between these countries lays in the level of detail and depth of the relevant legislative regulation - they are all either fully or mostly in line with international standards.
