Only legislation in the Republic of Srpska does not clearly establish the control body to which the contracting has to be declared and which assesses and monitors the existence of CoI. In other coutries, it is either some sort of the special Anti-Corruption Agency (Montenegro, Kosovo), or Commission for Prevention of Corruption (BiH).
